Made to order

Every planner is custom-printed for you after you order, so production takes a few business days before it ships. You'll get a tracking link by email when it's on the way.

Shipping

We print and drop-ship within the United States via our print partner. Plan on about 13–19 days for Standard, 8–14 for Expedited and 7–13 for Express, door to door — that includes the few business days it takes to print your book, not just carrier transit. Your exact estimate and the price for each speed are shown at checkout once we know where it's going.

What you see is what ships

Your live preview is the exact print file — the same render becomes your PDF, page for page. Please review your proof carefully before ordering; because each book is made to order, the design you approve is what we print.

Reprints for our mistakes

If your planner arrives with a printing or binding defect, or doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll reprint and reship it at no cost. Send us a photo within 90 days of delivery through Help & FAQ — choose “A problem with my order” and attach the photo there.

Changes & cancellations

Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters printing. Reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Custom, made-to-order items are otherwise not returnable.
