Made to order

Every planner is custom-printed for you after you order, so production takes a few business days before it ships. You'll get a tracking link by email when it's on the way.

Shipping

We print and drop-ship within the United States via our print partner. Typical timeline is ~3–5 business days to print, plus carrier transit. Shipping is calculated at checkout (or included where noted).

What you see is what ships

Your live preview is the exact print file — the same render becomes your PDF, page for page. Please review your proof carefully before ordering; because each book is made to order, the design you approve is what we print.

Reprints for our mistakes

If your planner arrives with a printing or binding defect, or doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll reprint and reship it at no cost. Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery.

Changes & cancellations

Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters printing. Reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Custom, made-to-order items are otherwise not returnable.
