A5 (148×210mm), 6×9in, or half-letter (5.5×8.5in), in either coil/spiral or hardcover (case-wrap). Pick these at the top of the builder.

Black & white is the default and the most affordable. Choose color if you’re adding photos or want colorful layouts — it costs a little more to print, and the price updates live as you design.

Every planner is made to order, so it’s printed just for you before it ships. Door to door, plan on about 13–19 days with Standard, 8–14 with Expedited or 7–13 with Express — those ranges include printing, not just carrier transit. You’ll see the exact estimate for your address at checkout, and we email a tracking link when it ships. If you need it for a specific date, choose Express and order with room to spare.

Yes — the builder’s live preview is the exact print file. Use “Preview as book” to flip through the whole bound book (watermarked). What you see is what ships.

Absolutely. You can set a cover photo, a single image that wraps across the back+spine+front, and add text/photo blocks to the front and back covers. You can also add full photo pages inside the book, including collage layouts — they look best on a color interior.

Use the highest-resolution images you have (roughly 300 dpi at print size). Low-res photos can look soft or pixelated in print; we’ll flag an image that’s too small for the space.

A 9/80 work schedule means every other Friday off. Turn it on and pick a known off-Friday, and we’ll automatically mark your off-days across the monthly calendars and year view.

Yes — head to gift cards. They’re emailed to the recipient with a code to use at checkout.

If it arrives with a printing or binding defect, or doesn’t match the proof you approved, we’ll reprint it free — email us a photo within 14 days (use the form below, choose “A problem with my order”). See Shipping, Returns & Reprints for details.

Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel before a book enters printing. Reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.
